This Privacy Policy explains how Modern Enterprise, operating Promptyx ("Promptyx", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data and related information when you use the Promptyx website, application, APIs, workspaces, and related services (the "Service").

We generally do not store full card or bank details ourselves. Payments are typically handled by third-party payment providers.

E. Support and Communication Information

  • from third-party AI providers when required to return the requested functionality or related status data

  • provide, operate, and maintain Promptyx
  • authenticate users and secure accounts
  • store prompts, versions, and related workspace content
  • run prompt tests and model calls requested by users
  • process subscriptions, payments, top-ups, and credit balances
  • deliver support and respond to inquiries
  • troubleshoot issues and improve reliability
  • monitor performance, abuse, fraud, and security risks
  • analyze usage and improve product features
  • comply with legal obligations
  • enforce our Terms and policies

5. Third-Party AI Processing

When you use Promptyx to run prompts or test workflows, we may send prompts, input data, test files, and related content to third-party AI providers such as:

  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic
  • Google Gemini

This processing is done to provide the functionality requested by you.

Those providers may process the submitted data in accordance with their own terms and privacy practices. We encourage users not to submit sensitive or regulated data unless they are authorized to do so and understand the risks.

6. No Training by Promptyx

Promptyx does not use customer prompts, prompt versions, or uploaded test files/data to train its own general-purpose AI models.

We store and process such content only to provide the Service, secure the platform, support users, and improve functionality in ways consistent with this Privacy Policy.

7. Legal Basis and Processing Grounds

Depending on your jurisdiction, we may process data based on:

  • performance of a contract with you
  • our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Service
  • your consent where required
  • compliance with legal obligations

We do not sell personal data.

9. International Transfers

Promptyx is based in India, but our providers and AI processing partners may operate in other countries.

As a result, your data may be transferred to, processed in, or stored in jurisdictions outside India, including jurisdictions that may have different privacy laws than your own.

10. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the Service
  • maintain prompt history and workspace functionality
  • comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations
  • investigate abuse or disputes
  • maintain backups and security logs

If you delete content or close your account:

  • some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period
  • we may retain limited records where required by law or for fraud prevention

Paid top-up balance or account credit balance expires after 3 months of account inactivity, as described in our billing policy.

11. Workspaces

Promptyx currently supports workspaces, but not team collaboration features.

At present, we do not provide team-admin access controls or team-level member management. If team collaboration features are added later, we may update this Privacy Policy to explain workspace admin visibility and access rights.

12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • keep users signed in
  • maintain session state
  • remember preferences
  • measure product usage
  • improve reliability and performance

Essential Cookies

These are necessary for the Service to work properly. They may be used for:
