A supportive space to build, experiment, collaborate, and share practical feedback.

Illustrative demo

GitHub for Prompts in action

Explore a static example of a fragile prompt becoming a structured architecture. Outputs, model labels, timing, and commits are illustrative, not measured production benchmarks.

Naive Raw Prompt
// Version 1.0 — Fragile Raw Prompt (Disposable Text)
- You are a legal assistant.
- Please extract all the indemnities, party names, and effective dates from this legal clause.
- Return it as JSON please!
// Flaws: No strict schema, no error boundary, conversational preamble breaks downstream code.

Example benchmark output

FAIL: Schema Drift
Sure! Here is the JSON you requested:

{
  "parties": "Acme Corp and Beta LLC",
  "dates": "Sometime in May 2024",
  "indemnity": "Party A indemnifies Party B unless Gross Negligence."
}

Hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else.

Prompt architecture diff

Basic Guardrails
// Version 1.8 — Added Basic Guardrails
You are a specialized legal document extractor.
+ Respond ONLY in raw valid JSON. Do not include markdown code blocks or greeting text.
+ Schema: {"parties": string[], "effective_date": string, "has_indemnity": boolean}
Analyze the text provided inside <clause></clause>.
// Progress: Suppressed conversational text, but still breaks when date is ambiguous.

Example benchmark output

WARN: Incomplete Schema
{
  "parties": ["Acme Corp", "Beta LLC"],
  "effective_date": "Unspecified in text",
  "has_indemnity": true
}

No live model runs. These fixtures demonstrate design choices, not guaranteed reliability.

Three tracks / separate rankings

Choose your track

Choose a track for each submission. Teams may submit up to three entries across any tracks; each entry belongs to one track and must not repackage other work.

01
Agencies, businesses, and workflow experts

Client Deliverables: Build for Reuse

Build a reusable AI setup for a real client or business task, with results and a reproduction guide that others can adapt.

System flowTask brief -> Working setup -> Evidence -> Reuse

Example use cases

  • Reusable client deliverables
  • Recurring agency or business workflows
  • Documented setups that another operator can reproduce
Technical focus

Practical quality, ease of reuse, reliability, and efficiency

02
AI researchers and prompt engineers

Research & Innovation: Experiment with Evidence

Investigate an approach to prompts, context, automation, or AI systems. Support your findings with experiments and evidence rather than only a polished demo.

System flowQuestion -> Experiment -> Evidence -> Findings

Example use cases

  • Comparisons of prompt or context approaches
  • Reproducible experiments with baselines
  • New approaches with clearly stated limitations
Technical focus

Evidence-backed experimentation, innovation, and practical usefulness

Break & Diagnose: Find, Explain, Repair

Find a meaningful failure in an AI setup, explain why it happens, and demonstrate a repair with reproducible evidence.

System flowFind failure -> Diagnose -> Repair -> Retest

Example use cases

  • Reproducible failures and edge cases
  • Clear diagnoses of unreliable behavior
  • Repairs supported by before-and-after evidence
Technical focus

Diagnosis, repair quality, reliability, and reproducibility

Submission requirements

Make your work inspectable and reproducible

Every submission includes these six parts. Submission delivery formats and the public portal will be announced before submissions open.

Task Brief

Explain the real task, who it serves, and what a successful outcome means.

Working Artifact or Main Submission

Provide the AI setup, deliverable, research, or repair at the center of your work.

Evidence

Show the tests, experiments, results, or comparisons that support your claims.

Reproduction Guide

Explain the inputs, configuration, dependencies, and steps needed to reproduce the work.

Demonstration

Demonstrate the task, the setup in action, and its relevant results.

Disclosures

Disclose relevant tools, models, sources, assistance, dependencies, and limitations.

Confirmed dates / all times UTC

Consider whether the setup works beyond the first demo and handles meaningful variations in the task.

Rubric criteria

  • Evidence across relevant test cases
  • Limitations and failures acknowledged
CriterionWeight not finalized

Efficiency

Consider the resources, effort, and complexity needed to accomplish the task.

Rubric criteria

  • Resource and effort awareness
  • Avoid unnecessary complexity
